Chefs and Vineyards Agreements

I am proud to be associated with this Show which highlights the products of our region and it is with pleasure that I accepted to be the honorary president.

As the son of a winegrower, I feel a kinship with those who, over the years, have perfected their knowledge, perfected their methods to produce fine quality wines.

I am so convinced of the quality of our wines that I invited a few colleagues to prepare dishes in their restaurant that highlight them.

As Quebec cheeses have integrated our menus in such a way that we cannot do without them today, I hope that our wines will find their place on our tables, at home and in restaurants.
